About Play Your Way at Children’s Discovery Museum
Three times a year, Children’s Discovery Museum of San Jose opens in the early evening just for autistic children ages 2–15 and their families. Attendance is limited, with fewer people, less noise and softer lights, and staff trained to support autistic kids. Families can enjoy the hands-on exhibits at their own pace and meet other local families. Upcoming: Play Your Way – Halloween, Saturday October 31, 5–8 PM (costumes welcome), and Play Your Way – Sensory Spring, Saturday April 24, 5–8 PM. Tickets through the museum.
