SF Castro Street Fair
11:00 AM–6:00 PM
Free
A free, hands-on science day for the whole family on the Cal State East Bay campus. Kids can build and launch water rockets, take on the egg-drop challenge, meet live animals, and try interactive STEAM activities, plus free health screenings for grown-ups.
It happens only every two years, so it’s a great one to put on the calendar. Admission and parking are free.
