For parents
What is Reva Social?
Reva is a local community for Bay Area families. You can find kids’ activities and family events nearby, plan your weekend in seconds, see providers other parents recommend, and meet families in your neighborhood at free playdates.
Is Reva free?
Yes. Browsing events, planning your weekend, saving events and joining free playdates costs nothing. Some events are run by local hosts and businesses and may charge their own ticket price, which is always shown on the event.
Which areas do you cover?
The Bay Area, with a focus on the South Bay: San Jose, Willow Glen, Los Gatos, Sunnyvale and nearby cities. We’re adding more neighborhoods as our community grows.
Do I need an account?
Not to look around. You can browse public events and use Plan my weekend without signing in. Curated and exclusive events are only visible to members, so you’ll need to sign in to see them.
A free account also lets you save events to your plan, RSVP, vouch for businesses you love and get member-only perks. Sign up with Google or your email.
How do I save events to my plan?
Tap the + on any event card to add it to your plan. Your saved events appear under Plan my weekend so you can see your whole weekend at a glance.
What are Parent Picks?
Parent Picks are local classes, camps, play spaces and services recommended by parents. We keep the list short, a handful per category in each area, so you see trusted options instead of hundreds of ads. Members can vouch for the businesses they love.
How do neighborhood groups and playdates work?
Local parents meet up at parks and family spots for relaxed, free playdates. You can see upcoming playdates and events on Join a free playdate and Family events.
Who is responsible for an event?
Events are organized by the hosts listed on each event page. Reva helps families find them, but the host runs the event. Please supervise your children at all times. See our Terms and Conditions for details.
For hosts, partners and creators
How do I list my event?
Go to Host an event, sign in and add your event’s details. Free and paid events are both welcome, and you can manage everything later from My Events.
How can my business partner with Reva?
Apply on Partner with us. Partners must be local to the area they serve and offer something that directly serves kids or makes family life easier. Partners can offer perks to parents, sponsor events and run ticketed events.
What is a Reva Go link?
A free link-in-bio page for local organizers, businesses and creators. Add your links, socials and upcoming Reva events, pick a design, and share one link everywhere. Make your Go link. Each page is reviewed before it goes live.
What does a Reva Curator do?
Curators share local events, host neighborhood meetups and help bring families and small businesses together, on their own schedule. Learn more and apply.
Privacy and your account
Do you sell my data?
No. Reva doesn’t sell your personal data and doesn’t make money by selling your attention to advertisers. Read our Privacy Policy.
How do I update or delete my account?
Update your details anytime in My Account. To delete your account, email hello@revasocial.org from the address you signed up with.
Reva says it’s in beta. What does that mean?
We’re still building and improving Reva with feedback from local parents. Some features are new and may change. If something doesn’t work as expected, please let us know.
